Surfing-tic80

Having fun while trying to implement the surf game of the California Games collection in Fennel inside TIC-80, please do not look at the code as a good example of code quality.

Turn the surf board with LEFT of RIGHT, move forward with UP key. There are no points, no game over, it is a mess, it is funnier to implement it than playing with it.
